A Bit About Me
Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment! It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I get so much satisfaction in helping my clients find the best, motivating regimen specific to them and then get the results they are looking for!
I have a BA from Assumption College and worked as a Sales and Marketing Director for companies such as Proctor & Gamble, and Turkey Hill Dairy, but continued my education in Exercise Science and Nutrition. Fitness and Nutrition has always been my passion and so choosing Fitness Coaching and Training as a second career was a natural choice. I feel so fortunate to have found employment in something that I truly love!
I have been a Fitness Professional for over 20 years with Certifications in Personal Training , Functional Training, TRX and Kettlebell Training, Postural Alignment, Older Adult Wellness, Injury Rehabilitation, Group Fitness Instruction, Youth Fitness, Spinning, Pilates, Strength Training, , Zumba and Resist A Ball.

Minimal Equipment required for home classes., Equipment is provided at B.H.A.C.
Light/Medium weights , a small ball or pillow and a small resistance band is recommended.
Please read and initial the Fitness Waiver before joining classes.
